Northern Manhattan Study (NOMAS) is a research study of stroke
and stroke risk factors in the Northern Manhattan community
conducted at the Neurological Institute, Columbia University,
Division of Stroke and Critical Care.
The Northern Manhattan Study is funded by the National Institute of
