NOMAS ha determinado que los hispanos-caribeños residentes
en la comunidad del alto Manhattan sufren accidentes cerebrovaculares
a una edad más temprana que los negros y los blancos residentes
en la misma comunidad. También, NOMAS a determinado que
el índice de mortalidad por causas relacionadas a los
accidentes cerebrovasculares es mayor entre hispanos-caribeños
y negros que para los blancos residentes en la misma comunidad.
